AI Agents
Digital coworkers that actually get work done.
Chatbots answer questions. Agents finish tasks. We build AI agents that handle complete workflows — reading, deciding, drafting, updating your systems — connected to your tools and bound by rules you control. You review the work instead of doing it.
What agents do
A small team that never sleeps.
Inbox agent
Reads incoming email, sorts what matters, drafts replies in your tone, and files the rest — you approve, it sends.
Follow-up agent
No lead goes cold: it chases quotes, reminds prospects, and books the next call — politely, on schedule, every time.
Reporting agent
Every Monday morning: your numbers pulled from your systems, summarised in plain language, delivered before coffee.
Data-entry agent
Moves information between your tools — from form to CRM to invoice — without anyone retyping anything.
Intake agent
Qualifies new enquiries, gathers the details you always need, and hands you a complete file before the first call.
Scheduling agent
Handles the back-and-forth of finding a time, confirms appointments, and reschedules when life happens.
Trust & control
Autonomous, not unsupervised.
The point of an agent is that you can trust it. That trust is engineered, not assumed.
You set the rules
What an agent may do on its own and what needs your OK — approval steps are built in from day one.
Everything is logged
Every action an agent takes is recorded and reviewable. No black box, no surprises.
Hard limits
An agent never sends, spends, or deletes outside the boundaries you set. Full stop.
How it works
Start with one. Grow from there.
Map
We look at your workflows and pick the one task where an agent saves the most time with the least risk.
Pilot one agent
We build it, connect it to your tools, and run it with tight guardrails until you trust it. Usually live within days.
Expand
Once the first agent earns its keep, we add the next one. Most clients end up with a small team of them.
Common questions
Fair questions.
How is an agent different from a chatbot or assistant?
An assistant answers when you ask. An agent acts — it watches for triggers (a new email, a missed follow-up, Monday 8 a.m.) and completes the whole task: read, decide, draft, update, file. You review instead of doing.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
That's what guardrails are for. Anything consequential — sending, spending, deleting — needs your approval until you decide otherwise. Every action is logged, and you can tighten or loosen the rules anytime.
Does this work with our existing tools?
Almost certainly. Agents connect to email, calendars, CRMs, spreadsheets, and most common business software. If you can do it in a browser, an agent can usually do it too.
What does it cost?
A fixed setup price per agent plus a small monthly fee for running and maintaining it. One agent typically pays for itself in saved hours within the first weeks — we'll show you the math for your case in the intro call.
Which task should your first agent take over?
Tell us what eats your week. In one free call we'll tell you if an agent can do it, how long it takes to build, and what it costs.
