Sven is a technology strategist with 15+ years helping organisations — from Swiss banks like UBS and Credit Suisse to growing startups — implement complex technology in ways that actually stick. A former Managing Consultant at EY, he ran a consulting spinoff with Swisscom and has founded several successful ventures, from an online shop to the neobank Tantumpay. He founded Nova Compute on a simple insight: the AI strategies that save large corporations millions are available to smaller businesses too — they just need someone to translate, implement, and train.
Mia Sindeeva
Junior AI Consultant
Mia is a business psychologist with a strong AI focus — AI-native by instinct. She bridges the gap between powerful technology and the people who actually have to use it: shaping how our trainings land, how new systems get adopted by real teams, and how AI fits into daily work without friction. At the Academy she directs the course experience; on consulting projects she makes sure the tools we build are tools your team will genuinely use.
